Park Na-rae’s Reaction to BoA and Jun Hyun-moo’s Drunken Live Broadcast Controversy 😂

Park Na-rae has responded to being mentioned during Jun Hyun-moo and BoA’s recent drunken live broadcast, saying she “understands everything.”

On the MBC entertainment program ‘I Live Alone,’ which aired on the 11th, Park Na-rae told Jun Hyun-moo, “Why does your face look so haggard today? The best thing for dieting is heartache.” This comment was interpreted as a reference to the earlier controversy surrounding BoA and Jun Hyun-moo’s live broadcast 😮.

Jun Hyun-moo bowed to Park Na-rae, saying, “I’m sorry. I apologize again.” Park Na-rae responded, “What do you have to apologize for? Because you keep doing that, your ears look like wine color, you charming man.” She added, “Don’t worry. I also got a call from BoA. She was very sorry. I told her it was ‘fun’ and that I ‘understand everything’ 🤣.”

Earlier, on the night of the 5th, Jun Hyun-moo conducted an SNS live broadcast with singer BoA while drinking. During the broadcast, when a fan asked if the rumors of a romantic relationship between Jun Hyun-moo and Park Na-rae were true, BoA said, “I don’t think they’re dating. Oppa (Jun Hyun-moo) is too good for her.” After this became known, netizens criticized her remarks as “rude” and said that “mentioning other celebrities while drunk is not good 😒.”

Following the controversy, BoA posted an apology on the fan communication platform Weverse on the 7th, saying, “I apologize to everyone who felt uncomfortable with my careless words and actions and immature behavior shown on the SNS live broadcast.”

Jun Hyun-moo also posted on his SNS on the 9th, saying, “My official apology regarding the Instagram live broadcast last Saturday is late.” He added, “I immediately conveyed my apology to Park Na-rae, who was inadvertently mentioned during the live broadcast. I am sorry and grateful to Na-rae for generously understanding the unpleasant situation 🙏.”

Note: In Korean culture, “Oppa” is a term used by females to refer to older brothers or close older male friends/acquaintances.
