On May 13th, a post titled ‘Nam Yoon-soo Seems to Have Made a Mistake Reposting on Instagram’ gained traction online. 😅

The post included a screenshot of a video that had been uploaded to Nam Yoon-soo’s official Instagram account. The video featured structures suggestive of sexual acts, complete with the watermark of a sex toy brand. 🔞

Netizens reacted with comments such as, ‘Was he reposting what he usually watches?’, ‘Was he hacked?’, ‘Unless he was hacked, did he think he was posting to a private account?’, and ‘Even if it was a mistake, why that kind of video?’ 🤔

Nam Yoon-soo addressed the issue in a chatroom with fans, posting a photo of himself driving and explaining, ‘I’m driving, what’s this repost? Was I hacked? Something weird was uploaded, and fans told me.’ 🤳

He shared a screenshot of his Instagram explore page, saying, ‘It’s just the algorithm. I need to check if I was hacked. I didn’t even realize I pressed it. Is it malicious advertising?’ 🧐

Nam Yoon-soo’s agency stated, ‘It happened in his pocket.’ They explained, ‘If he had pressed it while watching, he would have apologized, but it seems his phone was accidentally pressed while in his pocket.’ 📱

They added, ‘Nam Yoon-soo and the company found out through fans’ reports, and the post was deleted within minutes of being uploaded. If he had uploaded it himself, he would have deleted it immediately, right?’ 🤷
